The BCA Bakti Scholarship provides assistance to undergraduate students enrolled at public universities. Recipients receive financial support to help fund their education, opportunities to participate in development programs, and membership in the BCA Bakti Scholarship community, known as “Bakti Champions.”

BCA Bakti Scholarship 2027 Timeline

1. Online Registration: August 3, 2026
2. Announcement of Applicants Passing Administrative Screening: October 13, 2026
3. Online Assessment: October 14–18, 2026
4. Announcement of Online Assessment Results: October 26, 2026
5. Stage II Assessment & Interview: October 27–November 1, 2026
6. Scholarship Recipient Announcement: November 25, 2026

Benefits of the BCA Bakti Scholarship 2027

1. Monthly allowance of Rp500,000
2. Tuition fee subsidy of at least Rp2,000,000 per semester
3. Networking opportunities
4. Bakti Champions Program, including Transformational Workshops, Bakti Champions Movement, Financial Literacy, Company Visits, and other activities
5. Opportunity to participate in the National Summit for selected Bakti Champions
6. Scholarship benefit period: January–December 2027, for students in their 4th and 5th semesters

General Eligibility Criteria for the BCA Bakti Scholarship 2027

Applicants must:

1. Be Indonesian citizens and unmarried.
2. Be 21 years old or younger as of December 31, 2026.
3. Be active USU undergraduate (non-vocational) students in their 3rd semester.
4. Not currently receive another scholarship.
5. Be fully committed to participating in the entire one-year development program.
6. Meet the specific requirements of one of the BCA Bakti Scholarship categories.
7. Be active in committees or student organizations, except applicants under the Non-Academic Achievement category.
8. Demonstrate social concern and a commitment to their studies, be active in organizations or committees, and not be employed full-time or bound by an official service agreement with another institution.

Specific Eligibility Criteria and Scholarship Categories

1. Financial Assistance Category

This category is intended for high-achieving students who face financial difficulties in completing their education or are at risk of dropping out.

• Minimum GPA: 3.00
• Must submit a recommendation letter confirming financial difficulties, issued at minimum by the applicant’s local RT/RW administration. The format is flexible.

2. Academic Achievement Category

This category is intended for students with academic achievements, such as academic competitions or awards, organizational or committee experience, recognition or original work, and other academic strengths.

• Minimum GPA: 3.25
• Must submit supporting documentation of academic achievements.

3. Non-Academic Achievement Category

This category is intended for students with talents and achievements outside academics, including competitions or awards in sports, arts, culture, environmental activities, or related fields, as well as community empowerment or humanitarian initiatives that have a positive impact on society.

• No minimum GPA requirement
• Must submit certificates or supporting documents demonstrating non-academic achievements at a minimum provincial level, as well as a video showcasing their talent.
